How do I receive a FREE Mystery Snack Box?

All you have to do is purchased prepaid Deluxe Subscription Box (it can be a gift or non-gift) and add the coupon code 'mystery' at checkout. This will activate the offer and you will receive your Mystery Box with your second delivery.

When do I receive my FREE Mystery Snack Box?

You will receive your free Mystery Snack Box with your second delivery. For example, if you order today, you will be shipped out your normal Deluxe subscription box, first. After that your second delivery will have your regular Deluxe subscription box AND your FREE Mystery Snack Box. We do this in order to properly forecast how many Mystery Boxes we need to deliver and also so that we can make the best Mystery Box for you with enough time.

How big will my FREE Mystery Snack Box be?

It all depends on how many months you prepay for. If you prepay for 12 months you will get the max 50 snack Mystery Box. The less months you pay for, the less snacks that will be included in your FREE Mystery Box.

I purchased a Deluxe Prepaid Subscription, how can I confirm my Mystery Box is on the way?

You can confirm your Mystery box by logging into your account and checking the upcoming deliveries. You will see on your second delivery there should be a Mystery Box added.

What is the difference between a gift and a non-gift?

A gift subscription is only billed once. There is no recurring charges for gifts and you also will also be able to add a custom note to the recipient. This note is filled out in the cart page after you add your gift to cart. A regular subscription will be billed again after your prepaid plan is up, for example, if you ordered a 3 month prepaid, you will be billed 3 months after your purchase.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at ANY time. If you cancel your subscription right after you purchase, you will still receive all the boxes you paid for. In order to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions here.

What if I only want to be billed once?

If you are looking for a one-time purchase and you don't want to be billed multiple times, you can either choose a gift option which is only billed once or you can subscribe and cancel right after. By canceling right after you will still get all the boxes you paid for. If you are trying to cancel your subscription please follow the instructions here.
