    Good stuff

    As an American, this reminds me a bit of a honey bun; it's also a sweet, sticky honey-flavored baked good. But there is a hint of ginger that makes it more interesting, even a bit "healthy" tasting for a dessert. Not overly sweet or powerful flavor-wise.
