If you have your recipient's address and want to ship them a box now, you can shop our gift boxes here and send them one right away. If you don't have their address — or want to send them a gift at a certain time — a gift card is the option you want. It lets the recipient redeem it on whatever and whenever they want.
No, gift cards never expire as long as we're in business.
At checkout there's a place to redeem your gift card. Add the gift card code the same way you'd add any other coupon code and it'll apply to your order.
Absolutely. Our gifting process makes it easy to send your recipient a custom message — when they receive the link to their gift card, they'll see the custom message you wrote.
