    What exactly is Munch Addict?
    Munch Addict is a subscription box of snacks from around the world, delivered directly to your door.  We were established in November 2018 and have been growing steadily ever since.  With new horizons, comes new goals and heights to take our service to the next level.

    Every quarter we have been steadily improving the quality of our box, customer support, and overall snacking experience.  We constantly venture out to find new and interesting snacks all around the world to give you the best tasting box possible.
    What's inside each box?  Do you guys do one country a month?
    Each month is a mix of snacks from all different countries.  We try to give a good variety so you can continuously try snacks that are new and popular, no matter where it's from.

    We offer four box sizes currently: 5, 10, 15 and 60 snacks.
    When I receive my box, how will I know where my snacks are from and what they are?
    Every box comes with a brochure that outlines what the snack is and where it came from!  This brochure makes it fun and informative when you are unboxing your Munch Addict Box.
    Where does Munch Addict ship from?
    Munch Addict ships directly out of Los Angeles, CA.  We sources snacks from all over the world, but they are imported through proper custom clearance and FDA protocol right here in the United States.  We import all snacks into our warehouse and make your boxes well in advanced before it's time to go out.
    When will I receive my Munch Addict Box?
    Usually it takes us anywhere from 1-5 business days to build your box.  If you choose priority processing we will get your box out within 1 business day of your purchase.

    After we have built your box, we use DHL, UPS and USPS in order to ship out your boxes.  Most shipments will be delivered within 2-5 business days upon receiving your tracking number within the United States.  For all international shipments, time variesbetween 5-10 business days via DHL.
    What if I just want one box?
    No problem! You can cancel any time, so you can just order whichever box you'd like and cancel your subscription right after if you would just like to try first.
    Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes for any subscription you can cancel at any time as long as you purchased after 10/11/2020.  

    Customers who purchased before this date please read the policy below:

    Standard Box (5 snacks) - Minimum 6 month commitment, before customer can cancel
    Premium Box (10 snacks)- Minimum 3 months commitment, before customer can cancel
    Deluxe Box (15 snacks) - Cancel any time!
    Motherload Box (60 snacks) - Cancel any time!

    For all prepaid subscriptions you can cancel any time for all box sizes as you are paying up front for 3, 6 or 12 months of boxes.

    Can I choose which snacks I receive?
    Unfortunately you cannot select specific snacks for each months box, but that's the whole point of Munch Addict:  Trying new snacks!  We pride ourselves on picking the best of the best, so we're confident you will find multiple things you like in every box.  Discovering new snacks can be a way to expand your taste buds.
    What if I have a food allergy, can we filter out certain snacks?
    Unfortunately, we do NOT filter snacks out for customers who may have a food allergy.  Please use your best discretion when eating a snack.  Read the ingredients or use your best judgement on whether or not you can eat it.  We try our best not to put too many peanut snacks and other common allergen ingredients found in snacks.
